How to Purchase Your Course

  1. Click the “Nursing Courses” link at the top of the website.
  2. Select your desired course.
  3. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Fill out the “billing details” with the name and email of the person taking the course (this creates their account).
    If purchasing for someone else, use their information.
  5. Click “Check out with PayPal” this will take you to the PayPal Payment form:
    – Enter the purchaser’s email on the PayPal Payment Form.
    – Checking Out as a Guest: To pay with a debit/credit card without a PayPal account, fill in the purchaser’s billing information, and opt out of creating an account at the bottom of the PayPal form.

After payment:

  • The course taker receives an email with account setup links (check spam folder). Click the set up password link in the email to create your password for your account. So you can access it later.
  • The purchaser receives a receipt for their records.
  • Website will forward you to a page with Links that will allow you to start the course immediately.

How to Log Back into Your Course After a Study Break.

  1. Click the blue “Login” button on the homepage www.NCOOnlineAcademy.com.
  2. Enter your username/email and password.
  3. Once logged in, click “Get Started” at the top of the website, select your course, and go to “Course Introduction” to resume where you left off.
    If you are on a mobile device you may not be able to see the “Get Started Button” after logging in. Please click this link to be taken to a page where it will allow you to immediately access your course. https://ncoonlineacademy.com/courses/

How to Complete Your Course and Request Your Certification

  1. Ensure all lessons are marked “Completed” and all tests/exams are passed with 80% or higher.
  2. After passing the Basic First Aid Exam with 80% or higher, complete the certification request form with:
    – Full legal name
    – Email associated with your account
    – Private client/employer’s email
    – PayPal transaction ID from your purchase
    – Uploaded photo ID
  3. Submit the form correctly (limited to two attempts) to receive your certificate via email within 2-3 business days.
