2. How to Purchase Your Course:
- Click the “Nursing Courses“ link at the top of the website.
- Select your desired course.
- Click “Add to cart” and “View Cart”.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Fill out the “Account Creation” details with the name and email of the person taking the course (this creates their account).
- Fill out your payment details and click “Process Payment”.
After successful Payment you will be forwarded to the first lesson of your course.
3. How to Gain Access to your Course:
After successful payment: The course taker is immediately forwarded to the first lesson of their course.
The email of the caregiver receives an email titled “Starting Your Course” with account setup links (check spam folder).
Click the set up password link in the email to create your password for your account. So you can access it later.

5. How to Log into Your Course After a Study Break:

- Click the blue “Login” button on the homepage www.NCOOnlineAcademy.com.
- Enter your username/email and password.
- Once logged in, click “Get Started” at the top of the website, select your course, and go to “Course Introduction” to resume where you left off.
6. How to Complete Your Course and Request Your Certification
- Ensure all lessons are marked “Completed” and all tests/exams are passed with 80% or higher.
- After passing the Basic First Aid Exam with 80% or higher, complete the certification request form with:
– Full legal name.
– Email associated with your account.
– Private client/employer’s email.
– Payment transaction ID from your purchase.
– Uploaded photo ID. - Submit the form correctly (limited to two attempts) to receive your certificate via email within 2-3 business days.
