Course Introduction

Congratulations on taking the first step in your home care education! Please review the instructions below carefully to ensure you successfully complete your course.

Language Options

You can change the language of both the website and your course by selecting from more than 100 available languages. To change the language, click the gray language button located in the bottom-right corner of the website.

Select your preferred language from the list, and the website and course content will automatically be translated.

How to Complete Your Course

As you progress through the course, you will be presented with lessons containing information that you will need to read and review. The lesson content will appear on the right side of the screen, while your course lesson list will appear on the left side of the screen. After you finish reviewing each lesson, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Mark Complete” button.

Once a lesson has been marked complete, a green check mark will appear next to that lesson in the course list.

After marking the lesson complete you can proceed to the next lesson by clicking the “Next Lesson” button.

Exams and Passing Requirements

All exams must be passed with a score of 80% or higher. If you do not receive a passing score of 80% or higher, don’t worry—you may retake the exam as many times as necessary until you achieve a passing score.
After completing an exam, you will also have the opportunity to review your answers. Click “View Questions” next to the “Restart Quiz” button to see which questions you answered correctly and incorrectly.

Reviewing your answers allows you to learn from any mistakes and better prepare for your next attempt.
Once you have reviewed the questions you answered incorrectly you can click the “Restart Quiz” button and attempt to pass the exam again.

Progressive Course Structure

This is a progressive course, which means you will complete the lessons in order, one section at a time.
You will not be able to complete the course or request your certificate until:
-Every Required lesson has been marked Complete.
-Every Required exam has been passed with a score of 80% or higher.

CPR and Basic First Aid Courses

Your CPR and Basic First Aid courses are included free of charge with your enrollment.
After you successfully complete the main course and pass the final exam, you will continue to the included CPR and Basic First Aid courses.

Course Completion and Requesting your Certificate

After passing all required exams with a score of 80% or higher and marking every lesson as complete, you will be eligible to request your certificate. To submit your request, complete the Certificate Request Form located in the final lesson of your course.

Complete all required fields on the Certificate Request Form, then click Submit.
Once your request has been received and processed, your certificate will be sent to you by email within 3 business days.
